from Huntville, Alabama a modern Time Busking Hobo in the Tradition of Mississippi John Hurt, Bert Jansh or Woody Guthrie Lure you into his world where meteorites form a blanket over the sky and he cannot find a safe place to sleep in the January cold

Born in northern Georgia (USA) sometime between 1985 and 1986, raised by his mother and countless grandchildren, the first instrument was a harmonica then the ukulele and finally totally obsessed with the guitar and the banjo, Busked on every street corner in the southern part of Tennessee and then went on a world tour, Europe, America etc the Streets and some shady clubs where his shelter, when George Harrison writes ‚alone with my guitar‘.. then that is Andy Dale Petty, documented in Europe by Nicolas Drolc the French filmmaker in his bungalow Sessions in the 2015
On this 2nd album (1st: 2008 - all god's children have shoes) we sent him to Italy to the legendary Outside Inside Studio where he gave us 12 incredible songs, the opening song 'Frick's Lament' is a dream that Andy translated into a song has, 'train on the island' is a traditional super fast banjo stomper, Andy Dale Petty is a modern Americana folk singer with old traditional roots in the Deep South of North America in the tradition of BERT JANSCH, MISSISSIPPI JOHN HURT or WOODY GUTHRIE
